We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments by credit and debit card are securely processed via PayPal (no PayPal account needed). If you are a UK customer and would like to pay by cheque please contact us.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3- 7 working days. Sometimes orders may take a little longer depending on stock levels. Once we have your order we will email you a confirmation and an estimated dispatch date. Delivery time after dispatch is dependent on destination. UK customers only, if you are paying by cheque, orders will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
Delivery anywhere in the UK is free – no matter how many kits you order.
Our standard postage method is Royal Mail First Class Recorded. After despatch, this should arrive the next working day, and your package will require a signature upon delivery. We will email you a confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number for your information.
Cushion Kits: £10 per order – no matter how many kits you order.
Mini Kits: £5 per order – no matter how many kits you order.
N.B. If you buy a mixture of both styles you will be charged the £10 flat rate
Please note if you are an international customer (from outside the UK) you can also purchase your kit from our ETSY shop.
Our preferred overseas postal method is via Airmail using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For service. Depending on the destination country this takes 5 or more working days to arrive and requires a signature on delivery. We will email you a confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number for your information.
POMPOM needlepoint kits are made with great care and attention, however if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us.
If you wish to return your kit to us, please contact us first, then ensuring the kit is in its original condition (complete, sealed and unstitched) send it to us within 14 days of receipt, in order for us to arrange an exchange or refund. Once a kit has been opened, we can no longer accept the product as a return for refund. Please ensure you have proof of postage as we accept no liability for loss of returns in the post. Please note we are unable to refund postage costs.
