Payment information:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments by credit and debit card are securely processed via PayPal (no PayPal account needed).

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Sometimes orders may take a little longer depending on stock levels. Once we have your order we will email you a confirmation and an estimated dispatch date. Delivery time after dispatch is dependent on destination. UK customers only, if you are paying by cheque, orders will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

UK:

Delivery anywhere in the UK is free – no matter how many kits you order.

During the Covid-19 epidemic our standard postage method will be via a courier collection and delivery service. After dispatch, this should arrive within 1-2 working days, but may take a little longer depending on system demands. We will email you a confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number for your information.

International:

During the Covid-19 epidemic we will be offering international delivery via courier collections and delivery. This is more expensive, but kits should arrive with 1-2 working days after dispatch, but may be a little longer due to system demands. We will of course email you a confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number for your information.

Cushion Kits: £30 per order – no matter how many kits you order.
Mini Kits: £20 per order – no matter how many kits you order.

N.B. If you buy a mixture of both styles you will be charged the £30 flat rate

Please note if you are an international customer (from outside the UK) you can also purchase your kit from our ETSY shop.

Returns Policy:

POMPOM needlepoint kits are made with great care and attention, however if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us.

If you wish to return your kit to us, please contact us first, then ensuring the kit is in its original condition (complete, sealed and unstitched) send it to us within 14 days of receipt, in order for us to arrange an exchange or refund. Once a kit has been opened, we can no longer accept the product as a return for refund. Please ensure you have proof of postage as we accept no liability for loss of returns in the post. Please note we are unable to refund postage costs.
