Renaissance has been designed to be stitched using Victorian Cross Stitch. This simple but effective stitch is always worked without a frame, making it ultra-portable. It uses 25% more yarn to create a luxuriously thick and dense fabric that is also suitable for use as a rug. So as well as being fabulous for single cushions, multiples of the kit can also be joined together to create a stunning rug. (However this kit can also be worked using our standard suggested Basketweave tent stitch, or any stitch you prefer, on or off a frame).

Inspired by the idea of revival and renewal, and referring to classical geometric forms of symmetry, proportion, and harmony this beautiful nine colour needlepoint kit is supplied with 100% pure new wool, super- soft, superior quality yarns.

Its has warm seasonal colourway of pale and deep golden hues, soft plum, rich browns, ancient blue, and a gentle cream.

Designed and made in the UK, this needlepoint kit comes with a printed paper chart and a blank canvas.
